Speaking Gigs

On occasion, I travel to speak on what I've learned about living by witnessing dying. Also, I speak on improving self-care behaviors among people-helpers (pastors, nurses, physicians, etc.). If you're interested in learning more, I can be reached at jessica.zan.rn@gmail.com.

Bio:
I started work in healthcare in 2003, and became a registered nurse in 2005. I received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from a seminary in 2010. After caring for the dying as a bedside nurse, I worked in Palliative Care and Pain Management for nearly 2 years. The last 3 years, I worked as an educator and consultant, and brought the End of Life Nursing Education Consortium to hundreds of nurses throughout my state.
